Andrew has a PhD from the University of Cardiff and is currently Managing Director of the Higher Education foundation Transilvania Executive Education, where he coordinates a British executive MBA in Cluj (Romania). He has taught HR, leadership, complexity and research methods on several Universities MBA programmes around the world and pioneered a growing number of executive programmes. Andrew leads the consulting firm Connect CEE where he has advised a wide range of leading multinational companies, such as Coca-Cola, Microsoft, GSK, IKEA and many more. His recent books include:
