Engineer Regúnaga is the General Coordinator of the Group of Producing Countries from the Southern Cone, and Counselor Member of the Argentine Council for International Relations.
He is Advisor to the IICA Hemispheric Program on Investment and Bioeconomy and Founding Member of the International Advisory Council on Global Bioeconomy. Has been Scientific Advisor of the National Council for Scientific and Technical Research of Argentina, and Member of the Scientific Board of the FARM Foundation of France.
Has been Professor of Graduate courses on International Scenario and Agricultural Trade Negotiations at the University of Buenos Aires; and Academic Director and Professor of the Graduate Program at the Agribusiness and Agro-industries Unit of the University of San Andrés.
In the public sector has been Secretary of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food, and Secretary of Industry, Commerce and Mining of Argentina.
Has been part time consultant to national and international organizations on Agribusiness, Trade and Investments, Technology, Bioeconomy and Agricultural Policies.
